FIELD NOTES
Skin contact. Full malo-lactic fermentation. Wild fermented. Unfined / unfiltered. Low sulphur. Grapes were low yielding and slow ripening leading to extra sun contact creating a little raisiny edge.

TASTES
Stone fruit, nashi pear and pear danish cuddling lemon delicious pudding. Full-bodied, buttery and pensive, with a crunchy acid lift that keeps you coming back for more!

PERSONA
You will find them sitting in the sunshine, moving slowly and drinking gleefully.
