A textural, savoury and dry field blend rosé.
65% Sangiovese + 30% Cabernet Sauvignon + 5% Merlot.
Soaked on skins for 12 hours. Free-run juice wild fermented in a large stainless steel tank for 18 days. Partial-malolactic fermentation in aged barrels prior to bottling.
Strawberries & cream, ripening raspberries and blackberries, fresh wild herbs, autumn leaves. A complex and mature rosé; light and balanced acidity with textural berries.
