12.5% Alc/vol.

FIELD NOTES
Rosewater, raspberry, cherry juice and watermelon vibes held up with fresh acidity. Part wild-fermented. A nice savoury, dried herby edge. Palate is clean, dry and super refreshing with lively raspberry and strawberry notes persisting.
