FIELD NOTES
Picked early for high natural acid. Cold soaked for several hours before pressing. Part skin-contact during fermentation, partial malo-lactic fermentation. Wild-fermented, unfiltered, hand-bottled, low-sulphur.

TASTES
A soft and balanced, light wine, savoury and dry, with flavours of strawberries and raspberries. Rich and textured.

Wants to have aperitivo, every day, with everyone!
