We aim to make great wines and hope you love them, but if for some reason you aren't happy, we will organise a full refund.
* Please email us within 30 days of receiving your wines and we will organise a full refund and the return shipping. Please include in your email: your order number + the reason you aren't happy with your wine/s, so that we can help you as best we can.
* Please note that we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unless opened items are faulty or items arrive broken/damaged.
* If you have any issues with your wine outside of this 30-day period, please still get in touch so that we can assist you the best we can.
