50% Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot, Grenache, Syrah.
Wild fermented. Zero additions. Zero sulphur.
Unfined. Unfiltered.
12% Alc/vol.
FIELD
Wild fermented in parts, on a hillside without power. Pressed into one lovely barrel. Aged for two years. Hand-bottled by gravity.
TASTING
Raisiny, red cordial, red snakes and raspberry lollies. Deep and rich yet incredibly bright and fresh at the same time.
DRINKING NOTE
Don't be misguided by the Cab; this has some mega acid! The tension this wine has should mean it will age really nicely. One to cellar.
