FIELD
Wild fermented on a hillside without power. Barrel-aged on full lees for two years. One lovely barrel, hand-bottled by gravity.
TASTING
Cooked red pepper, savoury mineral hit, berry leaf, forest floor, umeboshi. The dark side. Midnight, not daylight.
DRINKING NOTE
If you like your reds chilled, this wine would be happy to oblige.
