FIELD NOTES
Wild fermented on full skins in stainless steel for 14 days, malolactic fermentation in aged barrels in separate batches. Matured in barrels for 15 months before bringing together for bagging.

TASTES
Light-bodied and fruit-forward with good grip. Juicy red plum, bright red berries, some just-ripe strawberry.

PERSONA
The young thinker; reflective on everything they encounter.

DRINK NOW?
To be had now, many times over. It'll last, fresh and juicy, for 4-5 weeks once opened. Or store it on your bookshelf for a few months until the time is ripe, then let it flow out to your loves. Serve straight out of the box, or throw it in the fridge if it's a chilled-red kinda day & night.
